Before you apply for RD,you must agree and follow the following rules.
-Do not kill each other unless you're in a duel
-Respect each-other as well as other server players!
-Don't go off topic in RD section!
-Non RD cannot post in RD section(Unless permitted).
-Don't ask for promotion in ranking of RD.
-Don't underestimate each other by any method.
-Old RD's have to re-apply to get in RD back.
